"HP" SERIES : CNC LINE FOR PUNCHING, DRILLING, MARKING, NOTCHING AND SHEARING 

FICEP "HP" series lines are unique CNC multiple process work cells, where a profile enters as a stock length and exits as a complete part, after a combination of programmed processes such as Punching, Driiling, Marking, Notching and Shearing.

These modular lines can have different configurations, both in terms of size and capacity, to address the various fabrication needs in one single pass.

The advanced design and the robustness of the lines are providing flexibility, reliability, simplicity in use allowing at the same time high precision with minimum loss of material.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

PUNCHING UNITS : The lines of "HP" series are equipped with one (1), two (2) or three (3) punching units per flange. Each one is fitted with easy removable punch-holders for quick punch and die change

SHEARING UNIT : Single cut shear with special hold-down systems for utmost shearing precision. All shearing blades are manufactured internally to guarantee best quality and longer tool life

MARKING UNIT : Marking of pieces is possible thanks to the rotating disc marking unit or to the classic drawer-type marking device

FLATS PUNCHING : FICEP "HP" lines can be equipped with a flat processing device, complete with relevant hold-down system

FLATS AND CHANNELS SHEARING : Special shear with quick-change system suitable to receive blades and relevant blade-holders for angles, flats and channels

NOTCHING DEVICE : Standard or Automatic mitering notching units are available to perform a wide selection of notching shapes 

DRILLING UNITS : One (1), two (2) or three (3) drilling units, with automatic tool changer, can be fitted onto FICEP "HP" lines when drill-quality holes are required

MULTI-FUNCTIONS UNIT : Special versa press which allows to set up the line with additional marking-tool, double-punching unit and notching unit

HIGH PERFORMANCE HYDRAULIC POWER PACK : thanks to outstanding improvements to the hydraulic circuits, a considerable reduction in cycle times is obtained with over 20% higher performance

FAST ANGLE FEEDING SYSTEM : high speed carriage with pincher system for fast and accurate angle feeding through the working units

BAR LENGTH DETECTION : thanks to a Laser device positioned on the infeed rollerway it is possible to exactly detect the bar length and position 

IDDLE ROLLS CONVEYORS : Infeed and Outfeed conveyors fitted with iddle rolls for manual profiles handling

ROTATING LOADING SYSTEM : Special system with V-shaped supports for the automatic loading of the angles onto the infeed iddle rolls conveyor

CROSS TRANSFER SYSTEM : All FICEP lines can be configured with infeed and outfeed cross transfer tables to allow Automatic Loading / Unloading of bars and processed pieces
