These construction components vary greatly in thickness, width and profile. Thanks to its versatility, the "TIPO D" is the ideal machine to satisfy all the manufacturing needs.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Punching Unit :  "TIPO D" base system has punching capability with four (4) or eight (8) punch stations each with 1100 KN force

Shearing Unit : Single cut shear with special hold-down systems for the utmost in shearing precision. All shearing blades are manufactured internally to guarantee the best quality and longest tool life

Marking Unit : Marking of pieces is possible thanks to the CNC controlled rotating disc-marking unit with alphanumeric characters

Drilling Unit : Drilling unit is equipped with an ISO 40 spindle, having a CNC controlled rack and pinion servo-motor feed system

Automatic Tool Changer : The drill units are equipped with a four (4) positions automatic tool-changing system for quick tool replacement

Angle Processing Group : Special equipment for the processing of angles, in addition to flats, includes a second shear and an additional punching station

Bar Length Detection : Thanks to a laser device positioned on the infeed conveyor it is possible to confirm the bar length and position prior to processing
