MACC Automatic Disc Sawing machine, industrial type, with capability of vertical cutting process (0º) as well as angle/mitre cutting (from  -45º  up to  +60º). It is in complience with all the CE safety norms and guarantees excellent cutting performances on a wide range of materials.

The model NTA 315, is the most compact disc saw on the market. Designed with high strength. It is a MACC development to provide the highest accuracy standards and to minimize cutting times and adjustments.

This project has been focused on making the use very simple.It's equipped with CNC Control panel for the management of the parameters and of the cutting settings.

Through a complete optionals catalogue, all demands for a fast, productive and easy to use cutting process are covered in the best way.

AUTOMATIC BAR FEEDER / LOADER

Bar loader with inclined table for bandsaws and cutting off machines, for the loading of round, squared, rectangular bars (profiles or full material).


As an example, on the loading table, width 1025 mm it is possible to load n. 8 round full material bars Ø 120 mm (n. 25 bars Ø 35 mm, n. 22 bars 45 mm, and so on).


The loader stores bars that the machine in automatic function self loads, proceeds with butt cut and to the cutting program as set, when the bar end is no longer workable, the loader puts through a new bar pushing out the rest material. The cicle continues until bars loaded are over.
