TIPO B System is the most innovative solution for the fabrication of plates :  a CNC punching, drilling and thermal cutting line which integrates all the typical functions normally required in plates fabrication.

The ability to start with row material and end with the finished part including such operations as drilling, milling, punching, marking, scribing and cutting the part to the desired size and shape is what makes the TIPO B truly unique.

TECHNICAL MACHINE FEATURES


Infeed and Outfeed rollerways, that can be extended in order to fit the required plate length and are pre-arranged to receive Cross Transfer Tables (Loading / Unloading)

The plate is positioned by lateral powered grippers having a very precise linear rack and pinion device, that positions the plate to precise tolerance and measures its actual location

The punching unit, complete with four (4) positions Automatic Tool Changer, consists of an hydraulic cylinder designed to integrate the hydraulic clamping of punch and co-axial stripper

The machine is equipped with one OXY cutting torch with possibility to have a second torch to cover all manufacturing needs

One or two High-Definition plasma torches, HYPERTHERM XPR 300 or  HPR 400 XD, to satisfy all cutting requirements in accuracy, quality and speed

TIPO B series are equipped with a high speed drilling spindle allowing extremely productive drilling of holes. The Drilling Unit  can be supplied with Automatic Tool Change System having  4  positions for tools and managed by the CNC, performing drilling, tapping, milling and scribing operations

Marking unit, with rotating disc of marking characters

SCRIBING operations are available for identification marks or part numbers, fabrication and bending lines, center location for positioning and welding, deeper marking viewable after painting / galvanizing

A special tilting device (trap door) can be supplied to unload finished parts with maximum size 500x500 mm

The Exhaust System filters the fume generated by thermal cutting operations. The air is cleaned according to the latest Health and Safety requirements.
