VALIANT PRO represents the latest evolution in beam lines range. This product line is a new three-spindle system for the processing of the complete range of rolled structural steel shape. It can be  combined with a Band-Sawing unit or with a Thermal Coping Robot. These new models are the result of the constant commitment by FICEP engineering Team in addressing the requirements of the world's structural steel fabricators. In addition to the many industry leading innovative designs and features of the other structural steel drilling lines in FICEP range, the VALIANT PRO incorporates several additional unique features and benefits, as described here below.

BASIC FEATURES

New Single or Double pincher arm, with possibility of an auxiliary axis on both arms, is utilized to clamp and push the material forward, ensuring the highest accuracy in processes. The new structure and design has been studied for both the arm and the pincher, which can count on a larger opening and new sensor system.

New independent hydraulic double vice assembly and dual alignement system to improve material clamping. The vice assembly is made of fix jaw (used for reference) and of one CNC controlled mobile jaw.

The auxiliary axis available on each spindle generates an extra stroke, extended to 300 mm, to carry out countless operations by keeping the material clamped in position. This translates into greater flexibility and unequalled productivity. 

The New Powerful Direct Drive spindle, with reduced shape size and longer nose for higher stiffness, delivers 100% of the motor's power to the tool for enhanced drilling performances. It also allows the use of Carbide tools due to the high RPM achived. This heavy duty, yet simple design makes this spindle the most efficient and advanced on the market today.

All three drilling heads, can be equipped with a brand new Automatic Tool change system with 14 positions, which can therefore accomodate in total up to 42 different tools.

Thanks to the auxiliary axis feature, advanced milling operations such as helical milling, pocketing, weld- preparation, slotting and more are available on this model.

When combined with Band-saw, a special device with magnet allows to unload short pieces towards outfeed rollerway or onto the unloading table for short pieces.

When combined with Band-saw or with Thermal Coping Robot, there is no need to add a further CNC unit as the entire system is controlled by a single CNC.

The machine is supplied in accordance with the highest safety standards and regulations.
